What's not included and limits
We'd rather tell you before you buy:
- One hotel per installation: not a multi-hotel SaaS.
- External bookings via iCal in and out; not a two-way channel manager.
- WhatsApp opens a pre-filled message; it does not use the WhatsApp Business API.
- Payroll for closed shifts; not DIAN electronic payroll.
- Digital locks through an adapter, depending on the lock model.
- Online deposits and e-invoicing only with the hotel's own merchant account and provider.
- The hotel provides domain and hosting (we advise on the purchase at no markup). Only the website package includes domain and hosting.
- Prices before VAT. Gateway fees and third-party costs (e-invoicing provider, hosting) not included.

Reservation via Wompi, balance after we talk
1. Reservation: COP 2,500,000 via Wompi
Holds your implementation slot. Today it is a reservation request: nothing is charged online yet; our sales rep tells you how to pay it. Whether it is deducted from the total and whether it is refundable is to be confirmed (legal advisor and accountant).
2. Balance: bank transfer or payment link
After our sales rep contacts you, you pay the balance to start delivery and invoice. Account details are shared through a verified channel: we will never ask you to pay into an account we haven't confirmed with you directly.

Frequently asked questions
Are there monthly fees?
No. You pay license and implementation once. Third-party services you hire (hosting, domain, e-invoicing provider, payment gateway) are paid directly to them.
What does “the software is mine” mean?
You get the full source code of your installation in a repository in your hotel's name and the infrastructure (hosting, database, admin users) in your own accounts, with a written handover. The Neurtul brand is not transferred. The formal clause is to be confirmed by the legal advisor.
How do studio apartments count?
Each studio apartment counts as one room, for both the plan and implementation.
How much is implementation?
It depends on rooms: 1–50, COP 600,000; 51–100, COP 800,000; over 100, COP 1,000,000 (before VAT). Includes staff, rooms, rates and policies setup, and 2 hours of remote training.
When will it be running?
Delivery starts 12–24 business hours after payment and completes within the first week. Implementation depends on your hotel's size and operation.
Do I need a domain and hosting?
Yes, in your hotel's name. If you don't have them, we advise you on the purchase at no markup. Only the website package includes domain and basic hosting.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Housekeeping works from the phone (with photos) and the front desk from a computer or tablet.
Is e-invoicing included?
It is a COP 450,000 add-on that connects your e-invoicing provider. That provider's recurring cost is not included and is to be confirmed.
Does it report TRA/SIRE?
Yes (Colombian reporting), with guest pre-check-in by link.
Can I pay in instalments?
Only the Small plan, in 3 instalments. Surcharge and schedule to be confirmed.
How do I pay?
In two steps: a COP 2,500,000 reservation via Wompi and, after our sales rep contacts you, the balance by bank transfer or payment link to start delivery and invoice.
Is the reservation deducted from the total? Is it refundable?
To be confirmed. The legal advisor and the accountant define it, and we confirm it in writing before you pay.
